I had locked my keys in my car at the hotel. Friend told me to wait until morning so I would be calmer. Not from the area, I tried a few places that claimed to be 24/7 but did not answer. Big Red answered, was polite, and arrived before they said they would be there. The gentleman was efficient, pleasant, and did not make me feel bad about the incident. I am sorry I did not get his mane. I would highly recommend Big Red if you get locked out in Omaha. Thank you.

Super quick, great service when I locked myself out of my house, and good prices. Out to my house in just over 20 mins (basically got here as fast as they could). Highly recommend.

I misplaced my car key 5 days ago, but figured it would turn up. Despite extensive searching and time it has not reappeared. Therefore , I contacted Big Red Locksmiths late this morning. I was told that someone would be available this afternoon and they would call before arriving. Jeff called and arrived within 20 minutes of his call as anticipated. He was professional, friendly and efficient. I had my new key within a few minutes. It works perfectly and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend and utilize this company again if similar services are needed in the future. Doug R

Jeff saved our butts!! We had called another company and was promised a faster turnaround, but in the end, we had to call Big Red back to bail us out. Jeff showed up and was able to make us a key for our vehicle fast and was very professional!!! Next time, we will skip the drama and call Big Red right away!!! Thanks Jeff!!!
